Impact Resource Group

Impact Resorce is a company that Office Max uses to assemble large office furniture. Although I was very happy with the service and quality with Office Max, I was extremely disappointed with the company they chose to assemble the product. The installer was extremely young and inexperienced. The computer desk was extremely heavy and, rather than asking my husband for help, he simply dragged it across the newly installed carpet resulting in a 8 inch tear. After many phone calls and photos being e-mailed to Impact, they finally sent an appraiser. It took several months to resolve a problem that should have been immediately rectified!
