Grossi is extremely busy but knew ac is important so they fit me in the next day! My ac is fixed and the technician, Vince, was great! He answered my questions, explained what he was doing, and even gave me advice on what furnace filters to use to optimize filtration needs while minimizing how hard my furnace has to work reducing bills!
