Naiad Irrigation Systems Ltd. is a very good company. Always reliable and professional. They are excellent at sending reminder emails which makes my life easier. I have used Naiad for a number of years and I would definitely recommend this company!

they have done work for me broken sprinkler is not been fixed ,no customer service ,no mannerism when they call you ,talk as if you are their peasants .the broken sprinkler was there since last year which they were suppose to fix it and they totally ignore it ,causing us a big problem

We called Naiad to get our sprinkler system checked out for use after years of not being used by previous owners of our new house. They came when promised, fixed it all, for a reasonable price. We also hired them to come complete the winterization of the system, and again, fast, reliable service.

For the second year Naiad has winterized our sprinkler system. Each year the service has been timely, reliable and friendly. I especially like that at the start of each season, Naiad gives clients the opportunity to book a date when their sprinkler winterization will occur. Naiad then emails information to tell us what to do to be ready for them to do their job. Each year they have arrived exactly when they have said they will arrive and have done the work efficiently, with friendly service. They send follow-up emails and communicate well online. When we decided to install underground sprinklers we shopped around for the best price and service. Naiad Irrigation Systems LTD was the best out there that we found. They came to the house and were very thorough in their explanation of underground sprinklers and how theirs work. Their pricing was superb too. We originally contacted Naiad to do a repair to our existing irrigation system. The technician was amazing and not only fixed the problems but also provided practical instruction on how to avoid further issues as well as how to check and maintain the existing system. Since that initial call, they are our go-to for winterizing as well as any other problems that have arisen. Would HIGHLY recommend using Naiad!!
