Although these people showed up bright and early for the job, everything went downhill from there. Once they had cut off all the branches, they cut down the tree and landed it directly on my sidewalk. Although I did not notice it immediately, when I was cleaning up the wood, which they left SCATTERED AROUND MY YARD, I noticed that they had damaged my sidewalk. I tried getting a hold of them numerous times, each time with them stating that I had to wait for someone else to return to work to help me. Then they started SCREENING MY PHONE CALLS, which was obvious because they would pick up immediately when I called from a different number. I contacted the BBB to try to get resolution and they simply ignored the BBB's attempt at trying to come to a resolution.

I would not recommend using this company.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% DONE. At first they came on time and cut down the trees in a timely mannor. We were kind of impressed. They cut the trees into these huge stumps and piled them on our lawn. They requested payment and promised they would be back the next day. They never came back. They never answered the phone and their voice mail was always full. We did get a hold of her 2 times and she would say she would cone and never show up. We have our house up for sale and it was detrimental to have this done. She knew that. She didnt care. I do not reccomend this company.
