Went to U-Haul on route 90 for a hitch install on our Jeep Liberty. Looked at it a few days later and noticed that only 5 of the 6 bolts were installed. Went back, the manager hauled out the installer and made him put the 6th one in.
This summer I brought it in to another hitch place because we upgraded to a heavier camper. They were just doing wiring, but checked the hitch as well. They were able to pull one bolt out by hand, and two others were loose because they were stripped when put in. Very dangerous, with the heavier camper this could have had grave consequences on the highway!

Excellent service at the U-Haul on McPhillips, very knowledgable and helpful staff! Will be beack next time I move for sure! They have everything from different size trucks to boxes. Everything I needed for a last minute move they had!
