Bought a Uniform home in Kanata. Did homework on all the local builders; while there were many that were good, we decided to go with Uniform. I can say now that they are the best builder in Ottawa in our opinion. Friendly service, wonderful to help and delivered the home in the end with no changes to closing dates. We've had homes built for us in the US in the past and never once was a closing date met without change. This latest home was a pleasure from start to finish and we have Uniform and their great office and site staff to thank. THANK YOU.

Theire service is pretty professional and provide explanaion for every upgrade you need and try to find the quota for you. But for each customer, the price is not constant for the same upgrade, which really pissed me off. they build house in high quality and expeneive compared to some cheap builder.
