Premier North Windows and Doors

I was looking to replace one old basement window and by chance I have seen an ad for Premier North Windows and Doors. I must say I was left with an excellent impression of their contracting and installation service and with the quality of their product. I was contacted back by their corporate administrator only few minutes after I sent my request online and offered me updates on the progress of my order throughout the contract. Their service representative came to discuss the details of their offer and took initial measurements and brought in samples so I chose a color matching the other windows followed by the lead installer who made sure the precise dimensions and other conditions for a perfect installation were considered. On the day of installation, the lead and helper came and did their job in the smoothest way possible, making sure the window was perfectly anchored and sealed in place while cleaning up after them and picking up all materials from the old window. I can only add that this company went above and beyond to pay attention to every single detail and making me feel that the job of installing just one small basement window was as important to their team as any of their large and expensive windows and doors replacement projects altough the profit they made was just marginal to none. I can say that I am highly recommending their services and kudos to the entire team at Premier North Windows and Doors!

We were quoted a price for the door that was below what we thought it would be so we went ahead and ordered right away.
Only 8 weeks later and the door was installed.
It looks amazing! I love that the black door has black flashing as well.

My husband and I had been humming and hawing about getting new windows for our 33 year old home. We were getting clouding between the panes and my daughter had to scrape ice from the inside of her bedroom window last year. Cold drafts were evident in the kitchen and one of the bedroom windows upstairs. I started asking people I knew and also accessing some websites to get reviews of window types and window companies. I kept coming back to Premier North which had it's office in our town. We also read about the rebates that were currently offered. I called them and they sent their sales representative, Frank out to give us the information we needed. He was patient , informative and helpful and he even brought a window in to show us.! We ended up signing an order that evening and with his guidance, we were able to take advantage of the rebates which was really helpful. Their office set up the initial appointment for the government assessment needed to access the rebates.
Our installers, the father and son team of Vlad and Czechi were fast, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. They answered any questions or concerns we had as they were doing the installation. They even installed in the cold weather of late November.
We have had the windows in now for a couple of weeks and are very happy with the results. Thank you Premier North.

We had Premier North Windows & Doors replace a bedroom window that was original to the house from the builder. In winter the window would freeze on the inside and it was extremely drafty. We were contacted by Premier North Windows & Doors through HomeStars, they came and gave us an estimate and it was very competitive. The entire team from beginning to end were absolutely amazing. The process was easy and the communication was fantastic. The team that did the installation took care and cleaned up like they were not even there, except for the nice new window of course. We will be calling again for the rest of the house.

We had two large back bedroom sliding windows that were partially broken and very difficult to open. Since the rest of the windows in our home were fine, we decided to check if there were any window companies out there that were willing to take on such a small job (comparatively speaking). Premier North were happy to take on the job and we are very satisfied with the new windows. We replaced the sliders with double casement windows in both bedrooms and they look and work great! We may be contacting this company again in the near future to replace a few more.
