Heavy rain produced leaks at the joints in the downpipes.
Someone did have a look and suggested a straight downpipe instead of the joint but nothing was done. Emails were not answered.

As specified to client, root of leakage problem was scuplar drain (square box off flat roof edge).
Severely rotted and not part of work originally requested. In order to repair drain for proper down pipe installation, flat roof needed extensive repair for leak to stop. We do not do any work associated with flat roofs. Would be willing to return to site to to put straight piece of pipe when all flat roof issues are addressed by client.Customer satisfaction is always top priority
