Bought a mattress 9 years ago. Mattress is sagging and seam is coming undone. Service guy comes out and I don't here anything for 4 weeks. I call to find out what is going on. The girl (Sherri) looks into it and says they haven't gotten back to them but it won't be covered because there is a stain on the mattress. I said what does that have to do with it sagging or a seam coming undone? If there was liquid on it, it will ruin the material and rust the springs. I said someone perspiring will do that? She replies it's not our warranty it's Kings Downs. I said Leon's shouldn't sell products with crappy warranties. And I asked her why is it taking so long for them to make a decision? She said maybe they are on vacation. For 4 weeks? She started to laugh. I asked for the manager she said she was the manager I asked for her boss she said she was the only one in, right now. To say the least she was very condescending. She said that she would call them and have a report ready this afternoon. And 2 hrs. later they called and said they weren't covering it. Surprise! I will not be buying anything from them again.
