My experience with Sure Cut from start to finish has been amazing. The job of finding a company to fill in my very large concrete felt overwhelming. I had met and decided to go with another company, but their lack of service and attention to detail drove me to cancel the job before it had even started. When I found Sure Cut, I was very nervous given my previous experience. However, one meeting with Michale and Brian assured me that they were trustworthy. Their quote was highly competitive and they explained exactly what would happen before the job even started. Throughout the job, Brian and his team were amazing. They arrived early every day and walked me through exactly what they would be doing. My yard was not an easy one and they managed to make it look amazing. Even my neighbours commented on how great the grew was. Michael followed-up with me every day to make sure I was happy and answer any information that I may have. The job was completed on time and I love my new yard. The grass is beautiful. There was a small area of sinkage, but they came by to fix it in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Sure Cut. Michael and his team do wonderful work and excel in customer service.
