When we moved into our new home the carpets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. We searched HomeStars and found Prestige had an excellent rating and were local and their cleaning products were human and pet friendly, which was very important to us.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technician Travis. He arrived promptly at the time I picked and got right to work. He was friendly, informative and respected our home.
We have never had rugs cleaned before as we always had wood floors. Travis took the time to explain the process to us and worked like a trooper on our very dirty carpets.
We are so pleased with the out come. Carpets are 100% better than before and so soft. Nice to have piece of mind that the dirt and odours are gone.
We highly recommend Prestige to everyone, as they are honest, professional and their cleaning ability is high quality.
We are probably going to get them to clean our furniture next.
