Shingling of a Boat house never completed

P. McGuire Roofing was hired in Oct. 2012 to re-shingle a boat house in Midland. They took my money and never completed the job in the fall. I have left numerous messages over the past 8 months asking for completion of the job or money back. They have not returned any calls.
