During the initial home inspection done by trever the sales person he directly stated that the last installation of the furnace venting was done wrong and not to code. He said they would need to do a bunch of work to move it, and that they would replace all the old wiring for the furnace. I came home to find that neither of those were done by the installers, he apologized for being wrong but his whole sale was that we can trust them. Meanwhile his whole sale was false.

Hi! My technician was a young woman named Nikki. She took her time servicing my furnace as well as clearly explaining my payment options . I have to say I have had many technicians in the past but I have always felt the job was rushed and that I wasnt an important customer . In the future I will always be requesting Nikki for my furnace and AC needs and recommending her to family and friends . Thank you Nikki and Furnasman !

Furnasman Shaun S. came on time today to service AC and furnace/humidifier . Shaun S. did system calibration of our AC and furnace. Shaun S. is very knowledgeable and professional in his line of work. We are satisfied on his last visit last year so this year we requested Shaun S. to tune up our AC and Furnace/humidifier . Our cooling and heating system is running smoothly and ready for the next season. Thank you Shaun S. We will highly recommend Shaun S. to our family and friends. Good job Shaun

Service technician (Niki) was very good, and pleasant to speak with. Work was completed in a timely fashion and when completed explained what she did.

Air conditioning unit was short cycling. Nikki at Furnasman was able to diagnose and fix the issue (seized motor) in a timely manner. Nikki has been to our house a few times now and always takes the time to explain the issue and our options. I appreciate Nikkis professional service and trust her recommendations, thanks Nikki!

As part of my annual plan from Furnasman, Nikki came out to do a service check and maintenance on the air conditioning on my all in one unit. She was thorough, explained the acceptable ranges on all the factors and where my unit fell, and was competent and friendly throughout the service call. This is her second service for me - she did the Fall call as well, and I will have no hesitation in booking Furnasman (and asking for her) again.
