Matt is a superhero. My purse, with my house keys in it, was taken at 4:00 on a Friday evening. Matt came within 30 minutes of my frantic call, and rekeyed my locks immediately. I was looking for a qualified, reliable locksmith to install deadbolts and re-key my entire home to one key. After a lot of research, SS Locksmithing seemed like the best option, and I now see why so many reviews say that they exceeded expectations. Matt was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled, with great communication. He took his time, explained all of the different options and their benefits, and set us up with a functional and secure system, for a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after the work immaculately, and took the time to explain everything he did and how it works. Communicating through Homestars was really easy, especially because I could send pictures, and I was able to pay at my my newly-keyed door through Square. I love that I only need one key now for all of my exterior doors, and I also like supporting a locally-owned family business. SS Locksmithing was exceptionally convenient, professional, and just an overall pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I needed help today on short notice today, having snapped my house key off in the deadbolt when I left for work this morning. Matt responded to my message immediately and was here to assist within the hour. He repaired the deadbolt (which saved me money, because I thought I had to buy a new one), cut new keys, and attempted an impromptu repair on another faulty door handle. The whole experience was entirely positive for me and I would not hesitate to call SS Locksmithing again. I will also be recommending them to anyone who asks. It's great to find a local gem like this one!

Matt was amazing! Quick, very professional, respectful & courteous. He understood my situation and went out of his way to make me feel safe and secure in my home. I had many doors to change, including a garage door, and he managed to fit me in even last minute.

Very professional and timely service. Actually came on Good Friday to make sure work was done in a short time frame. Installed new locks and deadbolts on 2 doors. We are very satisfied with the work and service and would highly recommend.

I only waited about 10 minutes from my first call to the office before he arrived. The deadbolt on the door I use was stuck in the lock position which would have been a problem to get through so he checked the other doors on the house first. He didn't care there were no stairs to an unused door. That one was the easiest (and therefore cheapest) way to get me into my house. He quickly picked the 2 locks and then the "problem" door was then opened from the inside. No expensive drilling locks out suggested or required.
My issue turned out to be a loose screw on the faceplate that was blocking the latch from turning. At this point, we could have just tightened the screws down and I would have only paid the service charge. But I really needed to change that lock years ago so I asked him what parts he had with him. He had a brand name I liked and a price that sounded reasonable. It was- I found similar models online at the same price I was charged and his van was set up to cut extra keys from me (it's hard to get proper copies cut in most stores with this better quality lock). He didn't charge me anything extra for installation.
The emergency service call charge was very reasonable seeing as it covered showing up in 10 mins, picking 2 locks to get me inside, removing and replacing the failing lock, and cutting and testing 2 extra keys. The bill was just a new lock, service call and tax. No surprise extras. He had a proper credit card scanning system attached to his phone and he emailed me the receipt.
I definitely recommend this business to others.

I highly recommend this locksmith company . Matt was very friendly and courteous , I have called them twice now and each time he was able to come over within 24 hours of my call and promptly fixed my lock , and another time installed a deadbolt lock set for me . The workmanship is excellent ! Thank you Matt !
