Hired for inspection. Very professional. I received a computer print out on the spot. He explained everything very clearly... Made us aware of some future trouble spots that came to be true, and things we should have looked at or eventually take care of... But missed some things that should have been caught like wet stain from leaks in ceiling in 3 places that had been patched and did not want to go up to take a look [it was January but had hardly any snow "he could have just peaked" or opened the attic] + and when I called them to question a carpenter friend's opinion on a few issues that they should have caught they seemed very uninterested in hearing about it???
