Very disappointed. There were a lot of hurdles to get through. First not the right size of windows, than not the right amount. No lock for glass sliding door, had to request it.
The workmanship was good, but I was under the impression that there would be more insulation in new front window.
Basement windows. they finished all the trim on all the (5) windows replaced but one.
Ignored us after bill was paid. Paid before job was done. No walk around to make sure we were happy

Kevin came to our home very quickly after i called for an estimate.
My husband and I were happy with the quote as well as the professionalism and and how quickly they got the job done.
The installers were fast and neat and very polite.

All in all Winside is an awesone company to do business with. My only regret is not having this job done 20 years ago.
