Ready John Inc

Just bought our house and was unable to confirm the last Septic service on the property. I flipped thru the yellow pages and stopped at the Ready John ad and gave them a call. The price was reasonable so I set up an appointment. The day of the driver gets started and 15 min into the job he starts having problems pumping the tank out. He said that his hose was getting clogged. A few minutes later he was complaining that what should be a 45 minute job is going to be hours. I did not think there was a time limit to cleaning out the tank! Well it did take awhile to empty out and he found out the possible causes of the blockages in his hose - baby wipes. Anyways after all said and done there was still a lot of large clumps left in the tank. I was not impressed with the service at all. Oh if you have a paved driveway don't let their trucks on it! The hydraulic oil they use for it leaked all over my driveway!! I called the manager (Fredericton) and relayed all this info to him. His response to the leftover clumps "we don't clean the tank fully as it would affect how it works" and his response to the oil on the driveway which I have pictures of was "use some dish soap and it will come out". I would not recommend this company. I feel their overall service and the way it was handled at a mangers level was fit for the crapper.
