Paint & Wallpaper Contractors review in Breslau

I received an estimate established a start date and paid a substantial deposit. The work was never completed because it was never started. I have been unsuccessful in getting the work done because this person has stopped answering his phone and no longer responds to emails. His address also is incorrect. A very bad experience.
