Big waist of time!!!I have been in my home for one month. Everything is falling apart. Inspector told us the inside was good. Well...I have had my drains backing up, my toilet is leaking, the light switches are sparking., and my furnace has stopped working! I have had to call every trades person! Also, my garage needed repairing. I was told by inspector that it would cost $1000. I got my first quote which is $3500. Thanks inspector for helping my buy a lemon of a house!
