Alberta Indoor Clean Air

I am not satisfied from service. My problem is not fixed as you charge almost $200.

It was a great experience from estimate to install. I cant wait to use my new ac this summer. I had a few extra features added as well which will be beneficial.

48 Hours before -35C my furnace broke. Had it replaced it in <12h. What to complain about.

Diego came and did a thorough service and also identified several near failing components. We were given some choices in what to do. I felt the alerts were responsible as was the service. We will use this company again as they have also been good in the past.

Blower motor went during cold snap. Required quick fix. From call taker to service (Sheldon) they professional and polite. Price was fair and competitive considering circumstances. I would them again.

The Technician was very competent and reliable.
He did a great job on January 8, 2024. The terrible cold that came afterwards was no problem for the confort of the house, the furnaces work great.

Excellent service, knowledgable, friendly and very efficient. Arrived on time and reviewed all the work to be done.

Furnace Maintenance by technician, was excellent. He explained what the issue was and corrective measures and proactive measures possible and costs.

Dave and Dare called in advance as requested and arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. The work was done efficiently and results were presented in the form of pictures showing what was cleaned.

Dave recommended the installation of an Ultra Violet Air Treatment system to help with my son's and my lung issues and I'm optimistic it will help.

We have been using this service for at least 10 years to service our Furnance. Until our old one finally packed up, they sent a technician out right away, they phone and keep you informed if they are running behind, the scheduled time. We ended up getting a new furnace with them they worked from about 1030- 700 pm to get us up and running.
