Friendly, quick, efficient, professional. Very happy with the service. Cleaned up everything nice when they left. For the ultra violet light was left in other truck, so will be installed tmrw. (Could have given me an extra filter just because its a new kind and I'll need to buy new ones now lol)

Furnace noisy, inefficient and worrisome. Will surely be good for the upcoming winter as Sean has calmed the beast and now all is quieter. Definitely a good investment for my homes value.

I have called the indoor company several times that I want to return the tankless water heater they installed to the water tank. I am not satisfied with the tankless.Please return our water heater tank.

Serviceman on time( a little early) and provided clear explanation of what would be done. Extra cleaning was warranted due to pollen buildup and I was asked for approval prior to proceeding. Everything was fine properly and I would use this service again.

Very honest with the customer about the product and the best of their product is the germinator so I was convinced to buy of Air Conditioning System. In installing the A/C, I want to thank the hard work of Manual's Team for a smooth and fast job. To Denys for installing the wirings very quickly. I am not satisfied from service. My problem is not fixed as you charge almost $200.

It was a great experience from estimate to install. I cant wait to use my new ac this summer. I had a few extra features added as well which will be beneficial.

48 Hours before -35C my furnace broke. Had it replaced it in <12h. What to complain about.

Diego came and did a thorough service and also identified several near failing components. We were given some choices in what to do. I felt the alerts were responsible as was the service. We will use this company again as they have also been good in the past.
