I booked my duct cleaning speaking to a professional customer service lady who explained every step in detail and my duct cleaning was done professionally and on timely manner by two very nice gentlemen.

Duct cleaning job was done. However, the original invoice was $300, no disinfectant. I said on our call no disinfectant. When the duct cleaners arrived they did the laundry hose as well. Again no mention of disinfectant. When I received the invoice they charged me for disinfectant which was $155 plus tax. I called and requested a refund as I did not want it. After multiple calls and discussions, they only provided a $96 refund. I am beyond disappointed of their administrative practices. I would not trust this organizations again.

Had a Duct cleaning service preformed and the techs were really professional and explained all steps of the process. they put down runners to keep floors clean and put corner protectors on walls so the hoses did not damage anything. I was very happy with the communication and easy scheduling of the appointment. Price was exactly as quoted - Great Job Thanks!

The customer service was second to none. They followed up every step of the way and were very friendly polite and professional. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. The cleaning itself was amazing. They got out a stain a different company could not. The couch looked brand new and the stains we had were so bad we were ready to throw out the couch. Very well done from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company!

Had them into to clean my ducts and furnace after major renos...the guys were very professional, on time and very tidy. Noticed the improvement to the air quality within hours...would use again and recommend.

After postponing a couple of times this summer because of ongoing renos, I finally got my ducts cleaned by Prestige. Great dealing with the company - no pressure tactics. Tyler and Dave were professional and polite. Dave explained patiently explained the process and any questions I had.
Added disinfectant and cleaning of air conditioner coils.
I would definitely use Prestige again.
