All Star Roofing

Aron signed a contract with my in laws, I am writing a review on their behalf. He is the most unprofessional individual you will meet. He took the money before the job was done by manipulation and never finished the job 100%. My in-laws also had their neighbour tell them their vehicle got a flat tire from one of the numerous nails that were left in their driveway.

I would never recommend All Star Roofing services to anyone. Aaron was very unprofessional. We agreed in one product his crew installed different product without our knowledge; we found out it by accident. He claimed that there was a misunderstanding. How you can misunderstand, when I have the contract with the product I am interested, my husband left a message and spoke with him on the phone couple of days before. One day work was completed in 3 days. They left my doorway in mess. Aaron promised to send someone for cleanup, I am still waiting..

Aaron was very profession, he has great customer servive and his product knowledge is incredible. He always communicated to us about the steps he would take to complete the job. His work is amazing and he finished the project in the time stated on the quote. Highly recommended great job and very pleased customer. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use All Star roofing. I would recommend All star to anyone who's looking for a great price with incredible service.

ALL STAR ROOFING did an excellent job, Aaron came by and gave a great estimate ,very professional, explained thoroughly , the work that was going to be done , he always kept in touch to let me no the start up , the crew was great , very efficient, my place was cleaned up and bin was removed , he took care of my eavstroughs too! i was nervous about hiring a company some did not even show up , or there prices were ridiculous ., ALL STAR ROOFING , definetly came through , roof and eavstroughs look amazing ,Thanks Aaron and crew

I needed a new roof, for the harsh winter had ruined my roof it was pretty bad. I had called some roofing companies and was not satisfied, I had a problem understanding the whole process and I kept finding myself with good sales people who wouldn't explain to me my options or what the process was. I finally got in contact with Aaron at All Star Roofing. I was extremely pleased with the way he did business with me. He understood that I was elderly and alone and was patient with me due to my lack of knowledge. He was courteous, and so were his employees. They did an excellent job and even took an extra day to finish, just to make sure that the job was done well. They took their time cleaning my lawn to make sure that there were no nails left behind nor shingles. I am very pleased with Aaron and his company, as well as the employees. Though they were busy they even had time to answer questions not related to my roof and help me with a few things. My roof looks great and I would always recommend them whenever I can. We'll done! I love the colour they helped me pick. They went up and above for me more than I could ask. Thank you Aaron, I do appreciate your kindness you showed me.
