Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Fifth time we have used Oliva. Once again Olin did a great job. He works hard and makes sure the cleaning is done right. He does not hesitate to do a little extra. He is a pleasure to deal with and really enjoys making sure the customer gets true value. As a small business owner Olin deserves the highest rating. We have used Oliva for a number of years and are always very happy with them. The customer service is excellent, as are their courtesy, promptness and cleaning. This time was a little confusing though, as we were booked for the 1:30 pm time slot and this was also on the work order we were sent. However, closer to our cleaning date when the confirmation email came, our time was listed as 3:30. This is a big difference for a customer's schedule. I am still not sure what happened.

Oliva was responsive and informative. They cleaned rugs that I dropped off at their shop as well as carpets in my new home. Very happy with the job they did and the customer service

Bit ashamed to say we had been living in our house for 6 years with pets and without having the carpets professionally cleaned. We bought a carpet cleaning machine a couple years ago but it just wasn't doing the job and that's when a friend recommended Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning. They were in a few days ago and cleaned the berber carpet on the stairs leading down to the finished basement along with the berber carpet in the basement. Olin, the owner did the work along with an assistant. They were on time, professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

Quite simply the best! We’ve been using Olive Service to clean our broadloom, upholstery and area rugs for more years than I can remember. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. Their attention to detail is superb. Olin and his technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable and always deliver great results.

Olin always does a great job. My wool carpet was a bit of a mess with us all being home in quarantine. No chemical smell, very fresh and clean products. Carpet in basement and stairs looks brand new!

Olin came to do my bedrooms, hallways and stairs plus some spot cleaning in the basement. My cat had been on a puking binge and he was able to remove the stains. I was very please with the service and will be using him again for an annual cleaning.
