The gentlemen complained about the size the moment he walked in, even though I measured my sq ft and called for an estimate. Was also told as a new client I would receive free deodorizer and sanitizer if I chose. The gentlemen said no I have to pay $69.99 for deodorizer so I ended up paying for it. My carpets smelled worse after they were cleaned. They also did not dry in 2 to 4 hrs as website says. Would not recommend them.

hello I am really sorry that you feel this way. we have taken great pride in doing deep proper cleaning job! But sometime if the carpets are heavily soiled and especially with pet stains we have to apply additional heavy duty sanitizer. Also, we GUARANTEE YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION, so, if your carpet still smells we would love to come back and re clean it at no charge.
