AmeriSpec was very responsive and able to schedule our inspection quickly. Our energy advisor Linto Thomas was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions on both the rebates and grants available. The analysis and report were provided on time. Would recommend AmeriSpec.

Incompetency at best. So I got pre inspection done. The guy was like hey 2-3 weeks at best. That was mid August. Well now it is October and the report is la la la land I guess. I have been sending them email for the last 3 weeks inquiring about my report. they are like we are contacting the people. After 3 weeks, they are like it is in modeling, but unsure of when I will recieve the report. Don't go with them. After nearly a month of asking them where my report is they said it will be done by end of this weekend. Fingers crossed.

AmeriSpec stepped in and performed a post-retrofit energy evaluation after I discovered that the company who had done the original energy audit was no longer offering that service.

On the recommendation of our real estate agents, we hired Steve Huddle to inspect the well and septic system as a condition of us buying a country property. He was incredibly thorough im his inspection (I was on site as he did it) and delivered a thorough report in great time. Plus handled sending off water sample for testing and quick turnaround of results.
A year and half later when we were being approached by a water company Re getting filtration products and installation at a cost of $1000 and I wondered if was necessary to spend that Re our deep well. I contact Steve after not talking for a year and half and he immediately responded: asked good questions, looked up our file and gave great advice -
The result of which we saved of money on unnecessary product/services.
Highly recommend Steve if youre buying a country property - or already have one and need assessment Re changing your well and/or septic system. He did not charge a cent for that
