We called about our washer having stopped late in the day, and Vince came by the next morning on time. He was very through in his inspection, honest in his assessment, respectful of all of us, and diligent in his work. He was so impressive we asked if he could take a look at our refrigerator as well before he left, and we would be more than willing to wait for him to come by when he was free next time since it's not an emergency and pay him for the extra. He fixed it on the spot. It's been a few months and they work like a dream.
Today we called him because the dryer stopped working. He came the same day at the time he said, looked at it, and found that the safety had entirely burned. It could've started a fire! Thank goodness it stopped before then. He got the parts to repair it, fixed it, then went above and beyond to inspect the entire thing. Thank you so much for everything, you were amazing. We are glad we took a chance calling you, and we certainly won't be calling anyone else as long as you're here. Highly recommend them.
