The mechanism that controls the water level broke on my washing machine. Vince arrived about an hour after phoning. He assessed that it wouldn't be worth the over $200 to fix it as it is an old machine but he did a "work around" so I can use it and not feel pressure to replace it right away. Vince has repaired many of my appliances for over 25 years I think it is. He is always polite, knowledgable, prompt, honest and fair. I highly recommend First Choice Appliances.
