Replace bathroom and kitchen fixtures; previously servicing plumbing system
When needs arise, I truly look forward to contacting Vaillancourt Plumbing to book a service call. I have learned that I do not need to ask for the capable individual plumber or team who came last time; all the plumbing professionals who work for Vaillancourt Plumbing reflect the same traits and values of this family-owned company. They are on time, reliable, transparent and approachable; patient and empathetic with whatever the job presents; personable; and expertly skilled. Truly, having Vaillancourt Plumbing staff in my home feels like having a trusted, experienced neighbour over to solve my challenge and get me back to smooth order.
During my most recent service call, a neighbour did come to the door. I asked her to stick her head in to see the work accomplished by the wonderful plumber who was replacing my kitchen sink, and had repaired my toilet. "I remember you -- you are the plumber who came to our house to replace the water heater!" she enthused. It turned out "my" plumber was from the same team who my neighbours had raved about a few months earlier. It takes a very special tradesperson, and company, to be the subject of social conversation between friends.
As for the cost? The bill is always fair, reasonable, and as explained, with no surprises. I heartily endorse Vaillancourt Plumbing and urge anyone to call them with your plumbing wants and needs.
