Rosswill Pools

We were building a custom home and decided to put the pool in. Bill cane highly recommended and it was a good price at the time. The oool was installed but not opened cause of the time of year. They would come back in the spring to finish it open the pool. The problems I could see was the liner not being flat to the pool walls, duct tape around the corners would all be fixed in the spring. Spring came. We were supposed to the first in the list. That didn’t happen. They finally show up. Open the pool. Grab their cash and leave. Did not show us how to operate the pool. Only said mai twin the salt level at 3000. They never put the salt in. Duct tape remains and the liner is still not flat. When the installed the overflow hot tub the cracked the foundation holding the hot tub now chunks of rock gets in the pool.
