Kayak provided very poor after sale service. Pool was not the right depth (despite paying an upgrade fee), equipment was missing and/or the wrong type and we played '20 questions' with them throughout the installation and afterward just to get basic information about opening, heating, cleaning and closing the pool. The only time they displayed a sense of urgency was when it came to getting their installment payments! We also ended up doing some of the work ourselves (e.g. moving the panel which they put in the wrong place). For first time pool owners, the entire process was very frustrating.
