Weed Man

We paid Weedman $64 to kill our grass. This happened last June while we were away. We had very few blades of grass when we came home. Put down topsoil and seed and watered. Figured because we were not there to water. This year had a nice green lawn until Weedman came again in June. Now we have nice brown lines all over our lawn everywhere except where it is shared. Called Weedman and Harold came out to look and told us we need to water. Well we have a sprinkler system that waters every second night and have been putting it on more frequently and it has not improved. Just excuses fed to us and told to water more. Asked if he was going to pay our water bill. Just evaded this. Told him I wanted my $64 back that I did not pay them to kill grass. Weeds still growing, as well as crabgrass they can't kill, need to water more. Grass right around sprinkler head is dead, well he said it must not be watering that area..do we look dumb. Will not be using next year.

We've used Weed Man for a few years. Since pesticide use was banned, weed man has not been able to control our weed problem. They fertilize and they actually grow more weeds with this service, in our opinion. I am refusing to pay the last 29.00 of my summer maintenance bill and they are threatening collection. I will pay this bill, but I will never use weed man again and I will recommend that my neighbours and friends also refuse their service. Here me now Weed Man, don't come knocking on my door next summer trying to con me into using your service with the promise of better weed control options. You've used your last option at this place.
