What a positive & professional experience when dealing with Ryan. Such a courteous & organized manner when calling Travellin Tubs last week. I had many questions in regards to specs and he answers all in a very prompt timely fashion. A smooth result at the end for a great ladies night relaxation. I cannot say enough about Ryan's professionalism and the service he provided. Ryan did a fantastic job of providing a detailed explanation of how to care for our tub, and how to get the most out of it. We initially rented the Rotospa back in January, and enjoyed it so much that we decided to purchase one. Throughout the process Ryan was incredibly communicative and did everything that he said he would do. I cannot recommend Ryan and Travellin Tubs highly enough!

We had no idea what to expect when we booked a couple of tubs for our corporate event a few weeks back, but have to say, the whole experience from start to finish was made sublime. Ryan, the owner, showed up on time, installed the tubs and explained how to run them to the last detail. Since we were short on time, he even accurately calculated how long it would take to heat up based on the initial temperature of the water we put into the tub. Needless to say, the tub was a hit at the party! We were so pleased by the level of professionalism, we will definitely be renting from Travellin’ Tubs again. Keep on doing a great job Ryan!

My wife rented a hot tub from Travellin Tubs for my 60th birthday a week ago. Ryan couldn't have been more professional or helpful. He arrived on time, set up the tub promptly, instructed me on its operation and then removed it when requested. All in all a super experience. One day when I win the Lottery, I'll buy a hot tub from Ryan!

I wanted to rent a hot tub as part of my proposal to my now fiancee. He came on time, dropped off the tub, and because I only had a limited amount of time to get it ready for the surprise, he used four heating coils to help heat the tub faster so it would be ready in time. He followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything went well with the proposal and the tub. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed to ensure that we were able to enjoy the tub to the fullest! Definitely recommend!

We rented a hot tub for Hallowe'en as our children, teenagers now, had a blast. Service was amazing! They delivered and set up in no time, gave detailed instructions along with the necessary aquatic chemicals and left a pumpkin full of candy and M&Ms as a token of their appreciation. They picked it up and left our yard the way it was before. We have booked for New Years already per our teenagers request; however, my husband and I intend to have just as much fun too! The cost is very reasonable and affordable and we can have our vacation right here at home.

The new owner of this business since 2014 is awesome. He responds in minutes, delivered on short notice within hours, and has provided us with several rentals for different occasions. The tubs are always new, in great condition and we have been extremely satisfied. We recommend his service to anyone and everyone. We plan to rent again for Christmas as a surprise for our kids!

anyone looking to have their "staycations" ruined, look no further. They promised to deliver a tub, i took time off of work to meet with them. They never showed up, called or emailed. I have called them a dozen times, mailbox is always full. They wont return any form of communication. It's now too late for me to rent a tub (everyone else is sold out) for the holidays.

We rented a hot tub for a pool party we had recently. Stewart and his people were great to deal with. Very professional and courteous delivery and return pick-up. A really fun thing to do for a party! It was a hit. I would strongly recommend it.
