I was wanting to get my carpet cleaned and after I saw two Sears home service vans in my neighborhood I thought they must be doing a good job and looked them up online.
I completed the form to request service only to find out that I was at sears.com, not .ca. Which meant I had to redo the form online. Not sure if it is possible to make sure .ca comes up first when searching for sears home services in canada.
After I sent in the form I received a phone call the next morning, which I thought was a very prompt response. Since we are in Lethbridge and they come from Calgary there were only certain days that I could book, but it worked out perfectly because the day I wanted was one of the days they were already in Lethbridge. I booked with the lady on the phone and didn’t think again about it until they called me to let me know they were on their way to my house for the service.
Mike B was the technician that came to do the carpet cleaning. He was friendly, fast, and very carful not to scratch our walls (we had just painted) I was very impressed with the work done. All of the tough stains were removed and the carpet looked great. Even my stairs which have had seven years of heavy traffic look new again!
Paying was easy. The whole process was really great, I would for sure go through sears again!
