Appliance Repair review in London

We're we're charged $75 for 15 minutes of his time, for him to tell us our washing machine (Whirlpool) works fine and we're not using it right, or he can't fix it. He suggested we take a journal (how can you take a journal if it doesn't work EVER?) and to buy a buy a better machine. It only spins in diagnostic mode, which looks like is all he tested. Now we have to call some else (should've called Sears in the first place where we bought it) after being charged for nothing. I don't think he is familiar with these machines. Least he could have done was mention there was water everywhere, or put the panels back on that I took off for him in advance.. considering he was here for no time at all.
