Being the principal of a good size contacting firm in our City, we had some relationships with other irrigation firms from previous projects yet chose to try NCI from their initial approach to our opportunity - and the work being done on my personal residence. The gardens and site were complex enough and we required their services at a peak time in the season, yet they attended the site promptly and worked WITH or site superintendent in the design and installation coordination and within the schedule requested of them. Further, they were professional throughout the program and delivered a deficiency free installation with the time stated and at the price quoted.
