I hired Patrick, of psl drafting. He seemed to have adequate skills, but was a prima donna. After he began getting thousands of dollars of work from me he started taking lots of vacations.... At one point, after I had given him lots of projects he suddenly demanded more money. Holding me hostage, in effect. Later, after I laid him off, he wrote a blog filled with slander.
