My wife and I hired grand bend sanitation to supply a trailer washroom for our wedding. Early in the wedding night we found out the men's urinal in the trailer was leaking. Grand bend sanitation told me if I had any issues to call them. I called them at 5:25 in the afternoon and there was no answer. They had my number on file from renting the trailer so they knew who was calling but still did not pick up, or call me back. When they came to pick up the trailer the following day I told them about the urinal leaking. They immediately got very short with me and asked me why I didn't call, I replied that I did call and no one answer (showed them on my phone that I called at 5:25). They replied by saying, "well that is when we eat dinner and we don't answer the phone then". Grand bend sanitation said they would have a look at the urinal and give me a call back the following day to talk about some reimbursement, however they did not call me back. Long story short the men's urinal was leaking all night all over the floor, guys were stepping in urine as they had to use the washroom at my wedding. Not the most pleasant experience.
