For the past several years, I have used the carpet-cleaning services provided by a national department store chain. As I was never 100% satisfied with their work, I shopped around for another service provider. After researching a number of local firms, I decided to take a chance on Canadian Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (CCUP) and I'm glad I did. CCUP is a small local firm, owned and operated by Kevin Martens. In fact, Kevin does all the cleaning jobs himself because it's the only way he can ensure his quality standards are met every time (how's THAT for quality control?). On the day he cleaned my carpets, he was punctual, efficient, thorough, and professional. He did an incredible job! Without exaggeration, my carpets have never looked so good, other than the day they were installed (and that was 20 years ago!). He managed to remove stains and dirt that others said was "impossible" to remove (besides my wife and I, our house is inhabited by two teenagers and a dog, so our carpets tend to take a beating on a regular basis). Plus, he charged me LESS than I was customarily charged by my previous so-called "carpet cleaners." In summary, I am 100% satisfied with CCUP and I will not hesitate to recommend CCUP to my closest friends and family.
