Darryl Johns, our inspector, was recommended from our real estate agent, Sheila Fennel. He arrived promptly, and as he went through the inspection, he took his time, we accompanied him, and he answered questions on-the-spot in laymen's terms. he was extremely thorough and the report at the end was emailed to us in extreme detail. He included pictures of things that need to be addressed, and made recommendations as well as estimated costs of repair for each item and timeline it needs to be repaired. I would definitely use his services again and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly hope he continues in the business.
