We hired LLS Irrigation last summer - paid them a lot - and they installed our irrigation system. The package included spring opening and also a year warranty. May 8th, they showed up and opened our system. 20% of the zones did not work and the guys onsite did their best to try and fix.... until the owner called and yelled at them for spending too much time at our house. 2.5 months later, I have called and emailed 20+ times asking for the zones to be addressed. They will respond and no longer answer my call or text.
