RE London Office: Three times called to have the same wasp nests removed over 2 months. We will see if the latest visit with powdering of the nest is effective. Very disappointed to learn that nests are not removed. This was not explained as part of their service. On the first two visits the nests were removed. Now have to pay to have an unsightly nest removed. Buyer beware NESTS ARE NOT REMOVED.

We had such great customer service from Abbas at Abel Pest Control - he was very kind, professional and patient as we navigated through 6 different units for fumigation. I would highly recommend.

We had rats living under our deck that we were not able to trap. Abell provided two bait stations, assuring us that nothing larger than a rat could get to the bait inside, and should any animal eat a poisoned rodent it would not be harmed.

I purchased a 1 year contact for our home in Mississauga and a second home in Scarborough. The bait stations were checked after 2 weeks then again after 3 more to see how much bait had been consumed and the baits were refilled as needed.

At both locations the representatives have been exceptionally friendly and informative. Customer service is exceptional.

I highly recommend Abbel Pest Control. Ask for Alan. He is highly professional and experienced. I had carpenter ants all over our home. I called many places and had several quotes; however, his was at a good price and with 1 year warranty. Alan came on Friday to spray our home inside and outside of our home. Unfortunately it rained all day on Saturday. I thought I had wasted my money and was upset. To my surprise Alan called me and asked me if he could come by this Wednesday and respray outside of my home, at no EXTRA CHARGE! This is what I call 100% customer satisfaction! I used Abell a few years ago and was not happy so I didnt plan to use them again. I needed their type of service for 2022/2023 and Im pleased to say Im much happier with their service. Currently a fellow called MATT is servicing me and he is doing a fine job. I would describe it as, as if he was doing it for his own place. In other words very effectively and properly.
