Abell Pest Control

I am a Associate Property Manager at 3 locations in Summerside, PE. Jamie is hired through the company that I work for to maintain these buildings. It is always a pleasure to see Jamie when he services our buildings. He always takes the time to explain what he has done when he services our locations. He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Ted was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out potential entry points and areas of concern. Placed multiple bait boxes that will hopefully solve the problem. Very happy with the service so far.

Garry is a wonderful pest control professional. We use him every time we have a need for pest control. Top knot. Kind. Trustworthy. Responsible.

Caesar did a good job taking care of a pest issue I was having in my unit. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He provided great advice and was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his expertise!

We had a raccoon make it's way into our roof and had to call several times in order to actually get a technician to come for an inspection. They charged us $140 for the man to tell us it was of course a racoon (which we already knew as we verbalized that we had seen it coming in and out) even though you advertise FREE Inspections.
The technician came back to install a trap door and some wire cages to keep the raccoon out and said he would be back in a week to take off the trap door. Charged us $423. It's now been well over a month and no one has come, we have called several times and every time the receptionist is clueless and zero help. The raccoon has since come back and destroyed a different section of our roof even though we were told by the technician he has sealed off all possible ways in.
We have now called 3 times to try and get a technician back out to address the problem and still have yet to be contacted.

I saw that this company had a very good rating on line. Initial customer service and first visit was wonderful. But after this and payment all went down hill. There was a sheduled agent visit and return call which never occured and a very rude "I have 18 years experience and..." sales agent conversation with no assistance. Is the customer supose to dispose of dead mice and rats on their own. I don't mind doing that but I am sure that there are many clients who would expect some kind of assistance with this.

I have mice in my house and I always can rely on Gary from Abell Pest control to look after me
I ended up upgrading to the total home package and they take care of wasp nests and other issues outside too
They also come and do a maintenance check which is amazing and makes you feel like your home is protected

No one likes unexpected pests in their home and Rod was great at making us feel reassured and informed. It put our mind at ease. Would highly recommend Abell Windsor and their fast, professional service.
