I purchased an American Standard pull out kitchen faucet in February of 2011 but after 6 months the swivel function of the faucet got bad. I spoke to the company and provided them with the proof of purchase, and within 10 days they sent me a brand new faucet. I was quite impressed with their customer service

I purchased these two products in 2000, it is very good quality and good service. Always can find some one help me if anything happened, but at first, the quality is very good. we are still using the products now and will continue to buy from them
