Costly service with POOR results

Contacted this company Bach in March 2020 to clean dryers ducts for both myself and tenants. They claimed service completed at that time. Then I needed them to call again in October 2020 for the same issue.
The service individual was rude, offensive, and threatened to be physical when asked for details of the worked completed. Seemed like he did not want to be questioned about the work done fearing we would discover inconsistencies. Please do not hire this company. Do your research properly.
