Dryer failed (would run, but no heat) while under extended warranty. The Brick sent out Young's Appliances who showed up 2 weeks after first call turned it on said, 'yup no heat' and said they will order a new heating element (no proper diagnosis was performed). Almost 2 months later, 4 visits, three parts installed they still could not fix it, they just kept guessing at what pert needed to be replaced. Their technicians are obviously lazy or unqualified and take a week to come out to install a part once they receive it.
If you are opening up a claim with a warranty company. Explicitly state you do NOT want them, to send Young's.
