We had an issue with our foundation. 2 cracks were repaired on the sides of the house. The garage floor was also replaced. Patrick was professional, reliable, honest and we are so grateful we called him. Work was done quickly, they were punctual and they cleaned up well after themselves. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Needed to repair a crack in my foundation to complete the sale of my house. One phone call and a few photos sent later, Pat’s team came through quickly and efficiently fixed the crack (with transferable warranty for new owners). Very clean and professional, we could barely tell there was digging at the location. Excellent contractor to deal with and fair price as well. If I need any foundation work in the future, I will call Pat again.

I am 56 years old and I have hired many different contractors to work on the houses I have lived in. I was the general contractor for a house that I built in 2012, and from that experience there are only two contractors that I would hire again. I wish that I knew Action Restoration during that project because they would have made my life a lot easier. The owner is not only excellent at doing the work he is instructed to do, but he is also a valuable consultant with lots of good advice, experience, and problem solving skills. When you phone Action Restoration, the owner answers the phone. You deal with him from the first phone call to the last handshake. You explain everything to him, and he will be at your house doing the work, and any changes that need to be made as the work progresses can be quickly dealt with on the spot because the boss is right there doing the work. I look for that kind of relationship when I hire contractors. I prefer that to the companies where you first deal with an estimator or manager who then delegates the work to one of his work crews who you never meet until they show up at your house to do the work, sometimes with an incomplete understanding of what needs to be done.

The best way to be successful in life is to surround yourself with good smart people, and then listen to them. We had some work done on our outside wall and inside our basement to repair a water leak. Action Restoration came as soon as possible to repair the damage that had been done to the inside and outside of our house. Thanks to them our problem has been fixed! I removed an old shed and found a crack. Pat knew just by the photo that it was bad. This and another crack was then identified that the garage floor needed to be replaced. Once digging started, we found problem after problem, after problem. The end price was almost 5 times higher than the quote, but once the hole was dug, and all the issues were discovered, a new quote / contract was signed. Pat (owner) went above, doing things on his own dime to make the experience less burdensome for us including coordinating an engineer and plumber. I cannot say anything negative about Pat and his workers, in fact they are maybe too nice!

The concrete cap across the 18’ wide opening of my garage required removal of the old foundation cap and filling the resulting hole with concrete. Part of the old cap had been previously repaired and removal of this old concrete was very difficult.
I called Action Restoration on the recommendation of my daughter who had used them to replace her entire garage floor.
The response was very fast, it was a small job that they completed the same day.
I have no problem recommending this firm.

He was able to make time to do the job within 2 weeks of signing the contract during an extremely busy time in the industry. His attention to detail and professionalism made the process of working with him and getting the job done stress free, which is not always the case when working with a contractor on major projects. The job was done on time and as quoted/expected with no surprises.
