Pete and all his staff were awesome to deal with. Very professional and did a better job than expected in terms of going the extra mile. Very polite and job site was left immaculate. Super happy with the results.

I had Jensen replace all the windows in my home and my front door (over a span of 5 years). The sales rep, Anita, was excellent and explained the benefits of each product and style. She also ensured that the crew could re-install my pre-existing California shutters, which they did! The work crews were efficient and explained how to care for the windows. They cleaned up well after themselves. 5 years after installing my first set of windows, there have been no issues. I recommend Jensen.

I recently hired Jensen Windows to replace windows on our main floor and in the loft of our century home. We also opted to double the size of our front window. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and the crew was so helpful and friendly while they were here. They took the extra time to ensure the job was done right and to a high degree of professionalism. The change in the look of the house is truly stunning and I can't thank them enough for the work they did. I highly, highly recommend them!!

Several years ago Jenson installed a window upstairs. They were recommended by my mom. I was so happy I asked them to come quote me on windows for my living room, family room, and master. Their quote was exactly where I thought it should be and when I ordered the windows they arrived ahead of time. There is a delay on some siding but I was given the option to delay the install and we chose to go ahead and finish the siding when it arrives. Great communication of expectations here.
The workers I cannot say enough about. Living in a family community, it was refreshing to see workers arrive and be so respectful. When I had my roof done I had to go ask the workers to mind their language, and 2 weeks ago my neighbour had work done and the workers there were flocking cig butts all over the place. Not so with Jenson. They were tidy, courteous and did great work.
I look forward to the rest of the job being completed when it happens and am sure the finish will look super!

We have had there new window 3 months and it is not the window that we were promised. They came back and said we are sorry we cannot fix it. It was the most expensive quote we got and we went with it because we wanted the best window. They are very friendly and polite but we did not get the window we paid for. The window that they removed was better than the new window we bought. They say that it can be fixed by having one big window , but we want and had two 30 inch windows

Anita was great as always and helpful with ideas for glass patterns and options for the bay window. The guys installed quickly and neatly again, and were on time and schedule.
