The company specifically asks for the listing so that they can charge you based on the price you paid for the home. In my opinion, a square foot is a square foot, regardless of it cost you X or Y for the home. Office refused to do anything after the fact.
Also, inspector was mediocre and had to be asked to look at certain things that he had decided he wasn’t going to do. Do not recommend
