dave Wison and Zac Kerr came to our house with-in 2/3 hours of my request.......they had a binder with detailed info about themselves and their company .....questions were answered with great detail........the problem was solved quickly and the price was very fair......I highly recommend this company for anybody with electrical difficulties.....they were efficient and empathetic ......John Cawley , Pickering

I had a problem with the receptacle in the bathroom.. Called Captain Electric after hours and my phone call was returned with in the 15 min, as promised. I spoke to Enrico who took the time to ease my mind for the evening. With in 12 hours Enrico and Kevin were at my house and the job was done.. Neatly and stress free. Contractor bid successful due to knowledge and experience. Scope covered installation & supply of new pot light, installation of five xenon undercabinet light fixtures with wall switch and outlet extenders for new backsplash.

I called another company and was told they couldn't hep over the phone then I called Captain Electric and spoke to Brian. Brian walked me through resetting my breaker on my fuse box in the basement. His instructions were clear and with his help the problem was solved free of charge. This type of service goes above and beyond what I expected and Captain Electric has gained a lifelong customer! Just moved to Whitby wanted some electrical upgrades done and second floor chandelier over stairs. Great team, prompt service, very very neat, booties over work shoes cleaned, sweeped and refuse removed.

I have used Captain Electric several times. They have replaced old aluminum outlets and switches and they have added outlets and new light fixtures.
I gave them 8 as they are expensive. The service is great though. The company staff go through every detail with you when they visit for an estimate. They do everything to standard and no corners are cut. They arrive on time and clean up after the work is complete.

Our new dryer kept blowing fuses. I found Captain Electric in the yellow pages and then remembered Homestars and checked out the reviews for Captain Electric. When I called, Brian, the owner was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. He suggested that I call Samsung to make sure that the problem was with our electrical system and not the dryer itself. After calling Samsung and discussing the situation with them, I felt that the problem was with our electrical system and called Brian back. A little while later Dave, the electrician arrived. He was very professional and took the time to show me his credentials and explain the 100% satisfaction guarantees that are given by Captain Electric. After checking our fuse panel, he recommended that the fuse panel and service equipment be replaced due to aging. The day the work was to be done, Dave and Dan showed up on time and were courteous and professional in completing the work. They wore protective shoe covers and did a thorough clean up after the job was complete. Nice guys, too - they even brought me back a coffee when they went out to get some for themselves. I would definitely use Captain Electric again in the future and would recommend them to others.
